We’ve tried to cover everything here, but with all the brain fog, we know we’ve probably forgotten something… so just get in touch!

Where will I sleep?

You’ll sleep in a beautifully renovated farmhouse, in twin or spacious triple rooms, mostly with en-suite bathrooms.

What will I eat?

Delicious and nutritious, balanced meals to keep your brain ticking over, without flooding your adrenals. Think Ottolenghi or the Hemsley sisters. Plus snacks.

What if I have food allergies? Do you cater for vegetarians & vegans?

Anything is possible. Just let us know and we’ll make sure we tweak the menu for you.

What time is 'check-in' and 'check-out'?

Check-in is at 2pm on Friday 6th March 2026 8th March and check-out is by 2pm on Sunday.

What should I pack?

Jammies, comfy clothes, yoga pants, slippers, swimming stuff and bathrobes, boots/shoes you don’t mind getting muddy, and a wash bag. All bedding and towels will be provided.

How do I get there?

You can either get the train to Haywards Heath and we’ll come and collect you, or use the postcode RH17 7BD if you’re driving. Full details will be provided once you’ve booked.

What's included?

  • 3 days and 2 nights of freedom. 
  • All food and drink including two banquet dinners, delicious lunches, hearty breakfasts, and all the tea and coffee you need (herbal and decaff available)
  • Wine tasting and kitchen dancing
  • Two workshops on navigating the mighty menopause, and setting goals and intentions for this next chapter in life.
  • Yoga
  • You’ll also have access to the wild swimming pond and hot tub, the yoga studio, a women’s health specialist, and kinesiology and massage therapist.

What's not included?

  • Travel
  • Massage and kinesiology (you can book and pay for this directly)

Do I have to take part in everything?

You don’t have to take part in everything. This weekend is about you and if you just need to rest, that’s fine! We’ll look after you 🙂

We will share a link prior to the weekend for you to book a slot, with Mary-Pat our host and therapist.

What is kinesiology?

Kinesiology is a gentle, holistic therapy that uses muscle monitoring, also known as biofeedback, to listen to what your body is trying to tell you. By identifying imbalances, it can uncover patterns linked to stress, nutrition, or those persistent little aches and injuries that just don’t seem to shift.

Who is the women's health expert?

Sharon is an Advanced Nurse Practitioner with over 25 years’ experience in NHS primary healthcare and women’s health. She specialises in perimenopause, HRT, family planning, and all things hormonal.

She’s passionate about helping women make informed choices and is on a mission to ensure every woman has a positive experience of menopause. In her words: “My role is to give women a voice, especially when they haven’t been listened to for years.”

What happens in my 1to1 with the women's health expert?

Your one-to-one is a chance to talk openly about what’s going on for you. Sharon can help with questions around HRT and other treatment options, or explore symptoms that might be affecting your day-to-day, from sleep and anxiety to sexual health or urinary changes.

It’s a safe space to be heard, get clarity, and leave with practical next steps that feel right for you.

Whats the goal setting workshop about?

As you enter this next phase of life, something powerful is happening. Beyond the physical changes, you’re experiencing a profound shift in how you see the world – and yourself. That growing intolerance for nonsense? The emerging freedom from caring what others think? These aren’t side effects of menopause – they’re superpowers waiting to be unleashed.

This workshop harnesses that clarity to design the life you actually want, not the one you think you should want.
