We’ve got two payment options for you:
- Pay in full, on receipt of invoice and the cost is £650
- Make 3 instalments of £220 and the cost is £660
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly so we’ve created a refund policy that is flexible and fair based on when you inform us about your cancellation.
If paying in full
- If you cancel before 10th October you’ll get a 50% refund, or you can defer your place to the next Cool Down Club
- Between 10th October – 1st November you’ll get a 25% refund, or you can defer your place to the next Cool Down Club
- From 1st November, no refunds or deferrals but you can transfer your place to another person.
If paying in instalments
There are no refunds or partial refunds available on payment plans.
- If you cancel before the 1st November, you can use the money paid as credit for the next Cool Down Club.
- If you cancel after the 1st November, no deferrals or transfers.
